Beware of clinics that gain their reputation on slander

Nowadays using of assisted reproductive technologies has become so popular and widespread around the world that infertility clinics literally grow like a house on fire. Egg donation, surrogacy, IVF and ICSI programs solve the infertility problem of any genesis. Sometimes infertility couples are ready to pay any money in order to see two cherished bars.
Demand generates supply. The quantity of infertility married couples is constantly growing around the world and reaches nowadays 20-25%. Stimulation of the growth of follicles and spermatogenesis, laparoscopic surgery on the reproductive system organs often do not result in pregnancy and childbirth. But the use of modern medical reproductive technologies helps achieve good results in the treatment of male and female infertility, and even unexplained infertility.
The exact number of reproduction clinics worldwide is impossible to calculate. No country has the official statistics on the number of cycles performed and their results. But the clinic you are applying to can provide you with such statistics. In addition to statistics, clinics can often offer not only its services, but negative information regarding other medical centers competitors.
Competition in the market of supporting reproductive medicine today is very big and tough. And not every medical center can meet the standards, have at the same high rates of success and the patients queue. These clinics sometimes choose an easier path that does not require its own investments in the form of power, professionalism and finance. Looking good through the unfounded desecration of reputation of the clinic competitor. Often it is this option that is selected by centers of reproduction that are not ready to independently create their own positive reputation and achieve high success rates of programs.
It is worth to wonder if this or that clinic of reproductive medicine has been seen in "bad-mouthing" of his medical colleagues. Truly successful centers are working on their own positive promotion, rather than negative reviews about a competitor. Reputation of decent clinics is known for the high effectiveness of provided procedures, the proposed guarantee, and the positive feedback of real patients.
In practice, it has long been proven that the medical institutions that work fairly and have a good reputation do not need to desecrate their competitors. Rather than spreading slander successful centers are improving their own achievements, improve service, expand the range of services and thus increase the number of their patients.
Therefore, if you are applying to the center of reproduction and hear unflattering reviews of the clinic - competitor, just know - this is the clinic that you need. If the medical center itself speaks poorly about the clinic, it means that it is a strong competitor, interfering with others by its successful work.

Building your medical (professional) reputation on such background is not the best decision for clinics that want to attract more patients. After all, the truth will still prevail. Successful clinics know that it would be a mistake to build their reputation by the unfounded desecration of their competitors. Fair medical institutions on the contrary cooperate with each other, and improve their image with their own achievements.

  2. This very package of theirs seems huge luck to apply for:
    IDEAL package 39.900 euros (egg donation package with possibility of moving to surrogacy):
    1 or 2 Embryo Transfers;
    Medical treatment (it's said they’re working according to the leading treatment plans, proved being efficient, which that allows them not to have an age limit for egg donation programs);
    Medications needed before transfer and 3 months after;
    Egg donor fee (their donor base contains more than 600 young and attractive women with proven fertility, meaning that every donor has at least one healthy child of her own);
    Sperm donor (if needed);
    Pregnancy monitoring till 12th week
    Services of the coordinator in charge of the program;
    Accommodation; Meals; Transfer from/to the airport and from/to the clinic.
    In case of switching to surrogacy you are provided with services included into surrogacy package of your choice.
    IDEAL Package DOESN’T include the following services:
    TESA, TESE will be charged additionally;
    PGD/PGS (included in surrogacy packages only).
    I haven't heard of such options within 1 package before!!

  3. o be successful with the ivf tratment one should definitely trust the clinic and its staff. This is the most important choice in the whole process. Huge number of clinics all over the world offer treatments for infertile couples and their database, facilities, time frames differ much. For many couples (for us too) ivf shots were also a financial matter. We were looking for affordable prices in the area but the initial choice was wrong. I guess we made it in haste. We passed 2 ivf rounds, paid out of the pocket and got no result. Facing this outcome we began looking onto ivf overseas. Soon we found ourselves in Ukrainian Biotexcom clinic. Their package prices were even lower we expected. Furthermore they offer contracts covering you from loosing your money - guaranteed refund in case of failures. We believe this is the huge pro for a clinic to be that sure of the outcome. We passed surrogacy program with them and are extremelly happy with our little one. One has to make careful researches with clinics and their options before starting treatment. Talking to people on forums is also helpful.

  4. We experienced surrogacy treatment in Biotexcom. So why biotex?? Firstly, the clinic has invented the never seen before all-inclusive unlimited packages. They together with affordable prices and a decent level of services created an efficient success formula. This clinic has become a tough rival for its competitors and an IVF giant in Ukraine.
     But every medal has two sides and nothing remains the same. We have our positive experience of but there is a lot of controversial information on the internet and battles on the forums about it. It may be hard to squeeze the essence and get to the core, but it is possible!
    The first strong side of this fertility treatment facility is highly professional doctors and reproductive specialists (as well as modern equipment). They are really qualified and work for the result. Off course this isn’t the only clinic with high-class professionals in Ukraine, but in medical facilities, a lot depends on the doctors and it’s always good to know that they deserve your trust and are capable of doing their job right. And good doctors in IVF means high success rate! Biotex packages have accommodation and food included! This is definitely an attractive and convenient feature. The most attractive part in the services of this clinic is the all-inclusive packages for surrogacy in Ukraine that are intended to take care of all the possible stress, complicated paper work and possible issues. If I'd ever have a chance to change sth I wouldn't. This clinic gave us our sweet healthy twins via surrogacy. We'll be grateful for this forever!

  5. Biotex is currently providing the new treatment method - mitochondria replacement therapy. Sounds really impressive to me and I guess for so many others. It's said, mitochondrial do exponentially more than just creating energy that’s why they are so important. Genomic DNA and mitochondrial DNA are both passed off to offspring. While it is true that the developing fetus will derive most of its genetic material from their parents. They will also have the mitochondrial DNA of the donor. While the genes for some mitochondrial proteins are encoded within the genomic DNA, others are found in mitochondria. Each mitochondria contains at least 1 to 2 copies of mitochondrial DNA and each time a mitochondria multiplies it duplicates its DNA. Mitochondria and consequently their DNA are passed from mother to offspring. So basically if the offspring is a female she will pass on her genomic DNA and the donor’s mitochondrial DNA to her offspring. Normal genetic testing usually targets genomic DNA so no one ever thinks about the other unless  diagnosed with a mitochondrial disorder, for example..But anyway this is quite the option to try out. If only the egg is not damaged genetically. And just lacks the needed energy.
    Found this information~ From 01.08.2019 the prices for egg and mitochondrial donation programs are increasing:
    4900 EUR - 1 att of donation
    6500 EUR - 1 att with mitochondrial replacement
    6900 EUR - 2 att of donation
    9900 EUR - 2 att with mitochondrial donation
    11900 EUR - 5 att of donation
    14900 EUR - 5 att with mitochondrial donation.
    Also starting from 01.09.2019 the price for the VIP package with them will be 64900 EUR. The waiting time for the 1st att at a VIP package will be 4 months, and at a Standard package - up to 1 year.

  6. I'm through 3 ivf cycles with donor egg. Am on another side of the treatment now but here's a couple of things to share.
    I was told about these side effects after IVF may include:
    Passing a small amount of fluid (may be clear or blood-tinged) after the procedure. Mild cramping. Mild bloating. Constipation. Breast tenderness. I was also told at the clinic to call dr immediately if I happen to experience any of these: Heavy vaginal bleeding. Pelvic pain. Blood in the urine. A fever over 100.5 °F (38 °C). Some side effects of fertility medications may include:
    Headaches. Mood swings. Abdominal pain. Hot flashes. Abdominal bloating. Ovarian hyper-stimulation syndrome. Just be aware of those.
    I'm wishing the best to those passing any kind of treatments.

  7. Definitely agree! One should do lots of researches before applying to a fertility clinic. High success rates are the priority! And if this is combined with affordable costs - then you've got luck!
    Now a full disclosure. I had one kid naturally at 39 yo. So I had nothing to complain about. But at 45 when I started to try to have a sibling for her, I suffered 6 miscarriages in a row!! Testing showed I could probably conceive again (which I did!) But I had other issues (Clotting disorder among other things). So I did 4 rounds of IVF and got 12 eggs and 8 embryos. 4 of those were profoundly abnormal!
    It is a rollercoaster! So I did 4 expensive rounds of injectables and nothing. So it was down to donor egg or no child. Slowly I came to terms with it. Here one should take as much time as needed. Something you just picture your whole life has been taken away from you. Something very precious. One minute, you're full of hope. You say, "This cycle will be the one that works! This will be my miracle month!" Then, the next minute, you may see only doom and gloom. "What if this doesn't work? What if nothing ever works? What if I live the rest of my life lonely and depressed, a shivering mass of jelly relegated to the back corner of my bedroom closet, forever?" Hold on a minute there. Take a deep breath. And another. It's totally normal to fluctuate between feeling excited and feeling scared. Remind yourself (Especially when you're in the doom and gloom phase) that this is just a cycle!!
    I was able to have a nice lady to donate at Biotexcom clinic. (Though poor thing she got sick from donating and was hospitalized and very ill for a week after that. I'm so thankful for what this lady had done for us!) So the joy was sucked out of even that. I’m forever changed by the entire experience but I’m now 9.6 weeks pregnant with a boy or a girl. Not sure yet. And am blessed I can still use my body to carry my little one. I know I’ll be ok as soon as I hold the baby but this took me around 4 years to come to terms with it. It’s a big decision and one has to give herself time. My advice is to chew on it. Once you know your choices, the clock slows down.. So time is needed to sort this out. Some ladies often think about embryo donation. Some would rather do that so neither of the couple was related to the baby. Often they are shamed for being selfish to their hubbies. Too many things to think about! But then you’re carrying and molding that BABY..
    Ultimately it’s God or the Universe and also a blessed fertility clinic who decides this. I'm so thankful I can experience all the things on my own. Thank you, guys, at Biotex!

  8. After years of unsuccessful ttc we passed testings and had five IUI's resulting in failure. Further testing done and the following year I found out that I have low egg count. amh test found only less than 2 of my eggs were left at age 35. And a normal egg count at this age is known to be 34-40. Dh's sperm dna analysis indicated he has no drills in his sperm. This way we got two huge issues and explanations why no luck conceiving naturally.
    Then we started first mock ivf cycle. Some time later we got good news. I had four follies on the right and three follies on the left. I started meds. On day 6 only two follicles were at 1.1 cm which made me worry so much. Clinic told that if less than five are 1.2 cm that they would want to cancel the cycle. Actually they did as they failed to grow to needed size. Our next cycle harvested one embie only but it failed to implant. I was heartbroken. They told us we'd better turn to donor's egg for higher success rates. We did a big research on the internet leading us to BIOTEXCOM, Ukraine. We did hesitate first as it was going to be quite far from home and family's support but headed off and did just right.

  9. I'm fully satisfied with the clinic choice. For 40k euros we got the procedure performed fast and and quite smooth in the following way:
    Initial consultation. It usually contains the following activities: A set of tests depending on the program (fasting is mandatory). Consultation with a fertility specialist who will be in charge of your program (in case of stimulation you will need to have the transvaginal ultrasound check done). Consultation with a manager who will guide you through the program step by step. Signing of contracts. Before any initial consultation you will receive the Guidelines for the Initial Consultation – failure to follow these recommendations may affect the initial consultation in a negative way.
    Search & confirmation of a surrogate mother, matching process. Waiting time depends on the type of contact.
    Stimulation & synchronisation stage (about 2 weeks). The cycle of egg donor or the biological mother is synchronised with the cycle of a surrogate mother. According to your contract you have to follow all doctors instruction. In case of self-treatment or violation of the treatment protocol, the clinic may cancel the cycle and terminate the contract.
    Fertilization day, embryo transfer - the 2nd visit. In case the biological mother undergoes hormonal stimulation and is being prepared for egg retrieval, the second visit may take up to 10 days. If we are talking about surrogacy using own eggs it is not recommended to leave the same day. Flying the following day is fine.

  10. I'm adding. The rules for sperm donation are similar as for the initial consultation – a man needs to abstain from ejaculation from 3 to 5 days before. After fertilisation the embryo development is monitored by embryology unit. The embryo transfer takes place on the 5th day. You will receive the protocol of embryo cultivation and transfer within 3 working days after the embryo transfer.
    HCG test, pregnancy confirmation. The first ultrasound scan is carried out in 2 weeks after the positive HCG test by the doctor in charge of the program. The report will be send the same or the next day after the check. Pregnancy monitoring. Delivery. Obtaining of the birth certificate for the baby (not longer than 1 week).
    Biotexcom is super professional in providing the best services for affordable money sums. Here one is sure to travel back home with the baby or get 100% money refund. Babies are the priority always!!
